Our Return Promise
At Shweetcheeks Collection, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we welcome returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and ineligible for return or exchange:
- Sale and final sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised products
- Intimates, swimwear, and pierced jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
Return Shipping
Change of Mind & Sizing: If you wish to return an item due to change of mind or sizing, return shipping costs are at your expense. We recommend using Australia Post tracked services to ensure your item reaches us safely.
Exchanges: We'll cover the cost of shipping your replacement item to you. Return shipping of the original item remains your responsibility.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: We sincerely apologise for any error on our part. We will provide a prepaid return label and cover all shipping costs for the replacement. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately so we can make it right.
International Returns: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked international service.

Please note: items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We're delighted to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability. For the fastest resolution, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order once your return has been approved.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit.

European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days for any reason. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
