Complimentary Shipping
Complimentary standard shipping is available on qualifying Australian orders over AU$100. Express shipping is charged separately at checkout.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ACST, Monday to Friday, are processed and dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be dispatched the following business day. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing on international orders.
Delivery Addresses
We ship to both street addresses and P.O. Boxes within Australia and to select international destinations.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. All express shipments include full tracking. Tracking availability for standard international shipments may vary by destination. Please allow up to 6 hours for tracking information to become active.
Order Amendments
Made an error with your delivery address, size, or colour selection? Please contact us immediately at info@shweetcheekscollection.com with your order number and we will do our best to update your order before it ships. A revised confirmation will be sent to you promptly.
Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs authority prior to placing your order.
